Personal data
The quote form collects your name, your email address and, if you provide them, your company, your phone number, the address of your website and the description of your project, as well as the estimate parameters.
- Data controller: the website publisher, named above.
- Purpose: to reply to your request and draw up a quote.
- Legal basis: pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR).
- Recipients: the Analystic team only. The data is stored with our hosting provider, whose servers may be located outside the European Union; when email notification is enabled, the request also passes through our email delivery provider.
- Retention: for as long as it takes to handle the request, then at most three years after our last exchange.
- Your rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, by writing to us via the contact form. You can also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (Rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels).
Free website analysis
The free analysis tool only consults the public pages of the requested website (home page, robots.txt, sitemap and llms.txt). The result is displayed to you without being stored. The number of analyses is limited per IP address to prevent abuse.
